Henleaze Swimming club is looking to employ a “hands on” person to assist in the management of the Lake’s grounds and water quality.
The Lake is a 3.6 hectare former limestone quarry with wooded areas, lawns and a 1.1 hectare Lake.
The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds management or nature conservation. Supervising/facilitating volunteer ground working groups and contactors forms part of the role.
The role is a part-time appointment of an average of 12 hours a week over a year. Some flexibility will be required as the workload will vary over the year. Some evening and weekend working will be required.
Training will be given where appropriate.
Starting salary will be in the range: £6,900 to £7,254 per annum for 12-hours per week.
