You need to be over 18 and hold an NPLQ or Open Water Lifeguard Qualification and have recent experience of managing people and teams in a similar environment.
As a Lead lifeguard at Henleaze Swimming Club you will be working as part of a great management team and community of lifeguards, you need to be a confident manager, have excellent customer service skills, be hardworking and committed to providing an all-round wonderful service to all of our members and users.
